Orkestar Junaci is a 5-piece ensemble from Pittsburgh, PA and Detroit, MI. The current line-up includes: Justin Greenwald (lead vocals, accordion, keyboards), Paul Stafura Jr. (accordion, tambura kontra), Danny Capuzzi (lead vocals, guitar, tambura), Steve Capuzzi (bass guitar, tambura bass), and Matt Haritan (drums, tarabuka, celo).
In 2005, Orkestar Junaci released their first full-length album – a 14-track collection of Eastern European folk music including traditional songs from Serbia, Bosnia and Macedonia, along with some modern (turbofolk) tunes that reflect the ever-changing music scene in the Balkan region.
Orkestar Junaci can be seen performing these songs, along with many others in their repertoire, at clubs, festivals and weddings all across the United States and Canada.
